Droxler Lawyers Ltd, originally based in Pfäffikon SZ, in the municipality of Freienbach, close to Lake Zurich, moved to the neighbouring municipality of Altendorf in autumn 2024.
The services offered are mainly notarisation and legal advice in civil and criminal law.
In particular, they cover advice and notarial services, as well as mediation, negotiation and intervention before all state courts or other administrative authorities.
Interested individuals and companies are invited to contact the firm and, where appropriate, to appoint legal counsel Droxler as their proxy.
Fees are generally determined on the basis of the time spent on the assignment, at an hourly rate of CHF 280.00 plus VTA.
The client may at any time obtain :
- a provisional statement of account
- explanations of the amount of fees due and disbursements incurred,
- information on the status of the mandate.

Samuel Droxler, lawyer and notary public for the canton of Schwyz and FSA Mediator
Samuel Droxler, a lawyer and notary public born and raised in the canton of Neuchâtel, studied law at the University of Zurich and Neuchâtel before graduating cum laude from the University of Zurich in 2009.
Fluently bilingual (french and german), he has been qualified lawyer and public notary since 2012. He is a member of the Schwyz Bar Association and entered in the Schwyz Bar Register.
Since 2014, Mr Droxler has been registered with the Cantonal Court of Schwyz as a notary public and person authorised to draw up public deeds.
To complete his profile, in 2015 he trained as an FSA mediator.
